Changes: We’re starting the new year with a couple of frequently requested features.
Paying customers can now geolocate each step of a form workflow. If you want to make sure that processes are being done on site, this is a nifty little feature.
We’ve also added the ability to access all photos, documents and drawings across all your projects on your mobile device.
Finally, the sorting goodness on table views has been expanded to Documents and Drawings.

Changes: We come bearing gifts.
Tables in Forms continues to get better (geekier) with the ability to automatically calculate Sums or Averages of numbers in table columns. You can now use this feature to calculate number of people on site, amount of materials, even tally time worked. The applications are endless.
The map view of projects has also been improved with better clustering for projects that are close to each other.
Finally, you can share a link to any form or task via your preferred app.

Changes: We’ve made a few things easier for you in version 2.12.
You can now navigate to the project landing page directly from any form or task that you are on with the Go To Project button.
Inviting users and you find typing in their email address a pain? Now, you can add users from your phone’s contacts.
Sorting is getting better on table views on the web. Just click on a header to get your sort on.
And finally, you can view all photos across all your project on your mobile device.

Changes: Are you an Excel geek when it comes to formula(s/ae)? Have you been looking for similar functionality in forms? This week we give you major updates to the Formula field in forms. You can now calculate durations and delays and do all of this along with other arithmetic in a table.
We’ve also enhanced Companies and now you can add more info to a Company’s page. Finally, we’ve rolled out some UI improvements to table views on the web with sorting enabled on multiple columns

Changes: People come and go, that’s the reality of life and even more so on jobsites. We’ve made some tweaks to make it easier to handle assigning users to workflows for Forms. Now, every time you make a change to the users assigned to a workflow, you don’t have to create and publish a new version of a form template, just substitute Tom with Dick or Harry and save. That’s it.
Updates to the subscription pages ensure that all charges and updates are clearly communicated on the revamped subscription page.

Changes: Tag, you’re it! This isn’t child’s play. We’ve added a new powerful way for you to organize your data. You now have the ability to tag Projects, Forms and Tasks with custom Tags that you can create on the fly with a variety of colours to help you organize your data more effectively. You can even tag a Form Template and have every Form created from the template tagged automatically.
Tags are here to make your life easier. Getting tagged isn’t so bad, after all.
